Solution for no sound fx on DOOM for users of ATI sound cards

I have observed that DOOM (v1.0 & v1.1) will not generate sound effects on
ATI's Stereo/FX and VGA Stereo/FX cards in some cases.  Make sure that you
have the "Buffered DMA Play" disabled in the setup program for the card. This
has taken care of the problem in instances for both types of cards.
